These colored ceramic coated , stainless steel interior pots are just what I’ve wanted . And they have rivetless handles making it easy to clean and providing a sleek contemporary fashionable look. Love all the details with these , even the measuring marks inside the pot. Great contemporary product .

Does the aluminum come into contact with the food in any way? And is there anything mixed with the stainless steel in the pot itself?

In the ZWILLING Pure stainless steel cookware, the aluminum core is fully encapsulated within layers of stainless steel, so it does not come into contact with your food at any point. The cooking surface—the part that touches your food—is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, which is non-reactive and food-safe. There are no other materials mixed into the stainless steel cooking surface itself, so you can cook with peace of mind knowing that your food is only in contact with pure stainless steel. Do you guys have any without color? Non-color just stainless steel.
